The UK has entered a new total lockdown today (06/01/21). Infection rates are higher than ever before. This means...
- Lead-times will be extended.
- Delivery of outstanding orders will be delayed further.
- On occasions, you may have trouble contacting us by phone.
- On occasions, you may have to wait a little longer than usual for email replies.
- If any staff member tests positive for CV19, the company will close completely for 7 days.
Our current situation...
- Staff are working greatly reduced hours (part-time furlough).
- One staff member is on high-risk shielding.
- Both Lucoro Ltd, and our suppliers, continue at lower capacity - to keep staff apart.
- All possible measures remain in place to protect staff, suppliers and customers.
- The lockdown is enforced by law, which we shall totally adhere to.
- Furlough schemes have legal implications, which we shall totally adhere to.
- Please contact us for revised lead-times before ordering.
- You may cancel and receive a refund on an outstanding order, if desired.
